Right of withdrawal
14-day full return policy
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly by email at ml@kaydi.dk no later than 14 days after receipt. You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal simply by refusing to accept delivery without also notifying us.
The item must be returned no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item. You bear responsibility for the item from the time of delivery until we receive it back.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you may try the item in the same way as you would in a physical store.
Refund
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid to us. In the event of any diminished value for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the refund. We will reimburse the payment without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Right to complain
The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s rules on defects apply to product purchases. You have a 2-year right to make a complaint, which means you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. Complaints must be justified, and the defect must not have arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must submit your complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your reasonable shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging.

Reimbursement
For refunds, please provide your bank details (registration number and account number) so we can transfer the amount. This information will be treated confidentially and used solely for the refund.
